Plant System Owner-Prin
Job Summary
Coordinate the various functions and work activities of employees assigned to support the respective system. This role has authority to make changes in the system as required and manage the system end-to-end so as to ensure optimal overall safe, reliable performance.
What you’ll do:
- Troubleshoot, analyze and correct problems with assigned plant system.
- Implement and assist with process improvement projects and/or related programs.
- Cookordinate activities of employees in maintenance, energy production, lab, coal handling, or outside contractors as required.
- Consult with or actively seek advice from Region Plant Engineering.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- With an ABET accredited Engineering Bachelor’s degree, three (3) years of relevant plant experience;
- With any other Bachelor’s degree, five (5) years of relevant plant experience;
- With an Associate’s degree, seven (7) years of relevant plant experience;
- With a high school diploma or GED, nine (9) years of relevant plant experience.
Must Haves:
- Able to read and understand technical documentation.
- Able to write reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Able to communicate clearly to craft and management personnel.
- Necessary organizational skills to maintain files and documentation related to position.
What you’ll get:
- Base salary starts at $74,551 – $93,188.50.

- The Physical Demand Level for this job is: L – Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 12 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 5-6 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
