Plant Quality Technician

About The Role

Join our team and help ensure our clean energy plant’s products meet the highest quality standards. As Plant Quality Technician, you'll inspect incoming goods and final products, track quality issues, and work with other teams to maintain and improve quality throughout production.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and compliance.
• Document and follow up on non-conformities and quality deviations.
• Support root cause analysis and help implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection and quality records.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to address quality issues.
• Operate and interpret measuring and inspection equipment.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s in technical field preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing quality control.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques and quality standards.
• Familiarity with mechanical/electrical components.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with quality management systems (e.g., SAP QM) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and read technical schematics.
• Preferred: Quality experience in wind turbine manufacturing.
• Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 systems.
