Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational issues and improve plant performance.
• Train and mentor new employees on best practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of process control systems and automation tools.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

• $80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
