Plant Operator
Responsibilities
- Promote Safety
- Operate plant equipment to regulate flow of materials
- Control stockpile inventory of materials
- Inspect Equipment, Structures, and Material
- Maintain certified products
- Monitor Processes and Materials
- Document and Record Information
- Issue delivery tickets to customers
- Assist with maintenance activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry is preferred
- A basic knowledge of the concrete, cement, or construction industry is preferred
- Must be able to work overtime and extended hours
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
- Tolerate being exposed to loud noises
- Must have some knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry is preferred.
Knowledge: A basic knowledge of the concrete, cement, or construction industry is preferred.
Flexibility: Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands.
Physical Abilities: Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
