What You’ll Do
- Operating, monitoring, and adjusting metal processing equipment
- Following established production schedules and work instructions
- Recording production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics
- Inspecting materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Troubleshooting process issues and communicating concerns to supervision
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical awareness and quality control skills
- The ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines
- A reliable work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling
- Lifting up to 60 lbs. regularly
- Working in an industrial manufacturing environment

Schedule
Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (possible 12-hour shifts 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. as needed); weekends as needed
Pay
Up to $24.00 per hour (DOE)
