Plant Operator

About the role

Responsible for operating machinery and equipment to maintain production schedules and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate various manufacturing equipment to produce goods according to specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and improve workflow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in manufacturing or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using basic office software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors.

Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
