About the role
The Plant Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining plant equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment
- Maintain and repair plant equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Document all maintenance activities and issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in plant operations or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in using plant operation software
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
Pay
The salary for this position is $15.00 per hour.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
