The Interview & Tests

All persons selected for this step in our hiring process will complete:

• A series of 5 timed written tests covering:
  • Basic mechanical principles
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • The ability to visualize 3-dimensional figures
  • The ability to compare visual configurations and identify similarities or details
  • Basic verbal ability
• A structured board interview reviewing:
  • Work history, achievements, and accomplishments
  • Knowledge and skill acquisition
  • Interpersonal skills and helpfulness
  • Likes, dislikes, and physical demands of previous jobs

Candidates will also have an opportunity to ask questions about the job and company.

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years full-time work experience or part-time work combined with college, technical school, or military service
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (including holidays)
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player
