Plant Operator

About the role

The role of a Plant Operator is essential in maintaining operational efficiency and safety within the facility. Responsibilities

- Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment in the field - Troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical components - Understand and comply with environmental permits and regulations - Operate and maintain compressors, boilers, and generators - Manage pump maintenance, including seal replacement - Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

Requirements

- 1+ years of industrial maintenance or plant operations experience - Electrical and mechanical expertise - Knowledge of pumps and ability to perform seal replacements - Experience with refrigeration systems is advantageous - Flexibility to respond to on-call situations - PLC knowledge is preferred
