Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

  • Fulfill customer requirements by leveling the activities of the production floor.
  • Analyze, understand, and anticipate customer needs, proposing improvement action plans.
  • Analyze customer Mis-deliveries Per Million (MPM) to propose improvement action plans.
  • Define and optimize data gathering and exchange, ensuring data integrity in systems.
  • Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with transportation and delivery of pieces.
  • Prepare the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) monthly to obtain proper volume levels and optimize resources.
  • Implement and drive the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customer demand.
  • Manage the pool and safety stock levels.
  • Check that the sequencer and procurements are consistent with the MPS.
  • Communicate with customers, establish and monitor the master production schedule, prepare and implement the sales and operations planning, manage the pool and safety stocks levels, and follow up the delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources and processes, and anticipate and resolve issues related to engineering changes or mix changes.

Your Profile and Competencies to Succeed

  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's in Engineering or Business. Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, communication, organization, and administration.
  • Able to regularly interface with customers.
  • Leadership Competencies: Leading Change, Managers Ambiguity, Customer Focus, Drives Results, Developing People.

Physical Requirements

  • Exposed to heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
  • Job involves lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and safety anti-cut sleeves required in production area due to physical hazards from moving equipment, machine parts, and product.
