Plant Manager (Recycling)

- "What You'll Need": list of requirements/qualifications/skills. We need to separate maybe into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills sections. But we can combine if content not enough for separate sections. However we have distinct categories: Must be able to maintain safety, past experience, control budget, understand accounting policies, extensive knowledge, familiarity with material handling equipment, collaborate, train employees, communicate expectations, problem solve, proficiency with computer OS, excellent communication. Also Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph maybe). Responsibilities (What You'll Do). Requirements (What You'll Need). Qualifications (Education). Skills (maybe computer proficiency, communication). Benefits (list). Pay and Schedule: not explicitly stated; we have "Competitive Compensation and Bonuses" but no specific numbers; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive Compensation and Bonuses" but that's vague; we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. Similarly Schedule not mentioned. So we omit Pay and Schedule.
Benefits: we have specific list; we can create Benefits section.
About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about CMC and people and why this job. Could be "About the role" or "Why This Job". We'll use About the role for the intro paragraph(s) that describe company and role.
Responsibilities: from "What You'll Do".
Requirements: from "What You'll Need" (excluding education maybe). Could combine experience, knowledge, etc.
Qualifications: Education.
Skills: maybe computer proficiency and communication skills.
But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see if we have enough content for each.
About the role: we have intro paragraph(s): "it’s what’s inside that counts ..." plus "Our success comes from finding, retaining, and supporting the highest quality talent by offering:" plus "Why This Job CMC provides an excellent opportunity..." That's substantive.
Responsibilities: list of duties.
Requirements: list of experience, budget control, accounting policies, extensive knowledge, material handling, collaboration, training, communication, problem solving.
Qualifications: Education.
Skills: Proficiency with computer OS, Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communication.
We could also include "Training and Advancement Opportunities" under Benefits? Already there.
We must not repeat job title. No markdown.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft:

But note we already used benefits list in Benefits section; we shouldn't duplicate benefits in About the role. The instructions: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We have benefits listed both in intro and later as a list. If we move benefits to Benefits section, we should not repeat them in About the role. However the intro includes a benefits list as part of "Our success comes from finding, retaining, and supporting the highest quality talent by offering:" followed by list. That's substantive. We could keep that list in About the role and not have a separate Benefits section, but we also have a Benefits section later. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having both About the role (with benefits list) and Benefits section may be redundant. Better to keep Benefits section separate and not repeat the list in About the role. So we should remove
