The Louisville facility is a key manufacturing location for our TempRite and Vycar products. The Plant Manager will be accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement at the facility. This position is a focal point to set the site safety culture and a vision for the plant that allows for the effective planning and execution of all activities to support our customers.

- Expected to always model and coach the appropriate behaviors.
- Provide leadership for operational excellence programs, including continuous improvement, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action.
- Manage and lead the site central functions including safety, quality, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, maintenance, capital engineering and finance.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Leadership for the TempRite and Vycar functions.
- Promote a plant culture that is responsive to the manufacturing environment and business needs through teamwork and personal accountability.
- Oversee talent management and employee development and promote constructive employee relations.
- Serve as a focal point for site compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure site goals align with different business strategies.
- Work closely with Business leadership, marketing, sales, and the process technology teams to support and contribute to new product development, scale-up, and product transfers.

Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success
- BS Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 12+ years of Chemical Manufacturing Experience
- 8+ Years experience managing teams
- Process Safety Management (PSM) experience
- Experience making decisions with some ambiguity or incomplete information
- Experience presenting technical information of diverse audiences
