Plant Manager

What You Will Do

• Lead all plant operations, including safety, manufacturing, staffing, quality, maintenance, logistics, and administration in partnership with the Plant Leadership team
• Own overall plant performance, including operating budgets, efficiency, and delivery of key business objectives
• Drive safe, efficient, and high-performing operations while ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies, operating plans, and policies aligned with plant and regional business goals
• Ensure consistent delivery of business objectives through strong execution, accountability, and performance management
• Evaluate and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, and systems to enhance production capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple functions within a plant to deliver strong operational results
• Experience driving organizational change and leading teams through transformation in a manufacturing setting
