We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraphs. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when there is real specific content. We have content for About the role (intro paragraphs). Responsibilities (list). Required Qualifications (list). Preferred Qualifications (list). Benefits (list). Pay (range). Schedule not mentioned, so omit. Skills maybe not explicit; we could combine qualifications and skills? The instruction: Use headings for those categories if content exists. We have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications; we could put them under Requirements and Qualifications? The headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide mapping. Probably "Requirements" for Required Qualifications, "Qualifications" for Preferred Qualifications? Or combine both under Qualifications? But we have both required and preferred; we could make two sections: Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). Skills not present, omit. Benefits present. Pay present. About the role present. Also maybe "About the role" heading for intro. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, immigration sponsorship, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep all substantive info. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We need to preserve all substantive info: include details about role, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay range, etc. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content. The successful candidate will leverage industry best practices, manufacturing expertise, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration (including Business, R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, and EHS) to solve complex challenges, create growth opportunities, and deliver superior business results." That's the About the role. Responsibilities: bullet list after "Responsibilities The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:" then list items separated by periods? Actually they are sentences concatenated without line breaks. We need to split into list items. Let's parse: - Lead all aspects of site operations, including production, maintenance, engineering, technology, reliability, and supporting manufacturing functions. - Ensure safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations while maintaining the site’s license to operate. - Serve as the primary site representative with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental, safety, transportation, and operating regulations while fostering a proactive compliance culture. - Lead community engagement and public affairs activities, strengthening partnerships with local stakeholders, emergency response organizations, industry associations, government officials, and community leaders while promoting trust, transparency, and support for the site’s long-term success. - Drive reliable production performance to achieve quality, volume, cost, and customer service objectives. - Foster a safety-first, high-performance culture where employees are engaged, accountable, empowered, and focused on continuous improvement. - Provide strategic leadership for workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management. - Own and continuously improve site performance across key metrics including Safety, Environmental, Quality, Reliability, Cost, Productivity, and Cash Generation. - Lead the successful restart of critical manufacturing processes that positively impact business performance and growth. - Identify and execute opportunities to increase production capacity, improve asset utilization, optimize costs, and enhance operational effectiveness. - Lead plant turnarounds, maintenance strategies, and reliability improvement initiatives to maximize asset performance and operational sustainability. - Ensure successful execution of capital projects, delivering results safely, on schedule, and within budget. - Partner with business leadership to develop and execute site strategies that support long-term growth, competitiveness, and profitability objectives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, community stakeholders, and cross-functional business partners. - Develop and maintain a strong strategic partnership with the site landlord and neighboring operations to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective shared services, utilities, and infrastructure. - Collaborate with the site landlord and shared-service providers to optimize resources, infrastructure, and operating costs. - Lead site emergency preparedness and crisis management efforts, ensuring effective response capabilities and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. That's responsibilities. Required Qualifications: list after "Required Qualifications The following is required for this role:" then bullet points separated by periods? Let's extract: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Chemical Engineering preferred. - 10+ years of manufacturing or operations experience within the chemical, petrochemical, or related process industries, including leadership experience in high-hazard manufacturing environments. - Proven success leading safe, compliant operations with extensive knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), environmental regulations, occupational safety, and operational risk management. - Demonstrated experience managing plant operations, operating budgets, capital expenditures, and cost performance, with a track record of delivering sustainable business results. - Strong technical and operational knowledge of continuous manufacturing processes, with demonstrated success driving process optimization, reliability improvements, and operational excellence initiatives. - Experience leading diverse organizations and developing high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. - Experience working effectively within global, matrixed organizations and partnering with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, commercial, R&D, finance, and corporate functions. Preferred Qualifications: list after "Preferred Qualifications" then bullet points: - Advanced degree (MBA, M.S., or equivalent). - Demonstrated experience leading successful turnarounds, startup/restart activities, major capital expansions, or transformational operational improvement programs. - Experience applying Lean methodologies to maintenance processes and supporting the implementation of business systems Benefits: list after "Benefits" then bullet points: - Competitive Compensation - Comprehensive Benefits Packages - 401(k) Match - Tuition Reimbursement - Learning and Development Opportunities - Strong Inclusion and Diversity - Company-paid Volunteer Day Pay: after "Pay Range (in Local Currency) $141,120.00 - $220,500.00 Chemours Level 28 Annual Bonus Target 16% The pay range and incentives listed above is a general guideline based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation. Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans." We need to include Pay section with that info. Not include filler like "not specified". It's specific. Schedule: not present, omit. Skills: not present, omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, immigration sponsorship, etc. Remove those paragraphs. Now construct HTML. We'll have:

    About the role

    ... (intro paragraphs)

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Requirements

    • ...
    • ...

    Qualifications

    • ...
    • ...

    Benefits

    • ...
    • ...

    Pay

    ... (pay range text)

Make sure to preserve all substantive info. Ensure no extra spaces. Let's craft the About the role paragraph(s). Could be multiple

but we can combine into one

with line breaks? Better to keep as one

containing the whole intro. It's okay. Now produce HTML. Check for any repeated lines: we must not duplicate. Ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Chemours is an equal opportunity employer." etc. Remove. Also remove "Learn more about Chemours and our culture by visiting Chemours.com/careers." That's boilerplate? It's not EEO but maybe considered navigation? It's a call to action; might be considered application instruction? It's not exactly application instruction but could be considered promotional. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Learn more about Chemours and our culture by visiting Chemours.com/careers." is likely navigation/link; better to remove. Also remove "We’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets..." paragraph after benefits? That's after benefits before EEO. That's promotional culture; maybe not boilerplate but could be considered fluff. However it's substantive about culture; but the instruction says remove boilerplate, not necessarily all fluff. It's not a legal boilerplate. Might be okay to keep? But it's after benefits before EEO. It's about culture; could be considered part of About the role? But we already have About the role covering intro. This paragraph is about talent development etc. Could be considered part of About the role as well. However it's not duplicated. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." This paragraph is not those. So we could keep it as part of About the role? But we already used About the role for intro; we could add another paragraph after intro. However we must not repeat job title as heading. It's fine. But we need to decide whether to include that paragraph. It's substantive about culture, talent development, etc. It's not boilerplate. I'd include it in About the role as additional paragraph(s). Let's include it as a second

under About the role. Now check for any other boilerplate: "Chemours is an E-Verify employer Candidates must be able to perform all duties listed with or without accommodation Immigration sponsorship (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status) is not currently available for this position" - remove. "Don’t meet every single requirement? At Chemours we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace for our employees. So if you’re excited about this role, but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the position description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may just be the right candidate for this or other opportunities. In our pursuit to be the greatest place to work, we know that a critical element to enhancing our employee experience is to assure we’re operating with a solid foundation of trust. At Chemours, this means being transparent about how we pay our employees for the work that they do." This is also promotional but not boilerplate; could be considered part of About the role or maybe
