Responsibilities
- Lead safe, high-performing plant operations that consistently achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives
- Oversee daily production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse operations to meet customer demand, service expectations, and business goals
- Develop leaders and build organizational capability through coaching, accountability, employee engagement, and talent development
- Improve productivity, quality, capacity, and efficiency through Lean principles, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement
- Own plant performance and financial results, identifying opportunities to improve service, eliminate waste, and reduce costs
- Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to ensure operational readiness, successful product launches, and execution of key business priorities
- Ensure manufacturing assets, equipment, and facilities are capable of supporting current and future business needs through effective maintenance and capital planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance
- Proven success leading and developing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, inventory management, and workforce planning
- Demonstrated success managing performance through SQDC metrics
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies to deliver measurable results
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, cost control, and capital planning
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to solve problems, improve performance, and support business decisions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Plant Manager or senior operations leadership experience
- Experience leading operations in a high-growth manufacturing and/or eCommerce environment
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience
- Experience supporting automation, process optimization, and operational scaling initiatives
Pay
$165,000 - $175,000 per year base salary
