Responsibilities

As Plant Manager, you will have broad responsibility for the performance of the Weyauwega operation, including safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, people, and continuous improvement. You’ll translate business priorities into plant strategy, develop a strong leadership team, and create the operating discipline necessary to deliver sustainable results.
