Plant Manager

Oklo Inc · Idaho Falls, ID · 1 mo ago
On-site$180k–$210k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: description of position: "We are searching for a Plant Manager to join our team. This position will be on-site at the Aurora facility at Idaho National Laboratory in Idaho." Also "Oklo is developing its Aurora powerhouse at Idaho National Laboratory. The Plant Manager will coordinate...". So we can put that in About the role. - Responsibilities: list of specific responsibilities (the bullet list after "Specific responsibilities may include:"). - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications list. - Qualifications: Bonus Qualifications list. - Skills: Competencies list (the "We are looking for a Plant Manager who is:" bullet list). Also "Who you are:" maybe part of Skills? Could be separate but we can include under Skills. - Benefits: "Oklo offers flexible time off, equity, bonuses, competitive pay, 401(k), health insurance (with employer contribution), HSA, FSA, flexible work hours, wellness credits, and other benefits." Also travel requirements maybe not benefit but could be included? Travel requirements is not benefit but maybe schedule? It's about travel. Could be under Schedule? Not exactly. The instruction: include Schedule only if posting actually states them. There's no explicit schedule (like shift, hours). There's travel requirement but not schedule. So we may omit Schedule. - Pay: Salary range: "$180,000-$210,000". Also maybe mention compensation details? The posting includes "About Oklo compensation: Salary: $180,000-$210,000". So we include Pay. - Also there is "About Oklo travel requirements:" maybe we could put under a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could fold into Benefits? Probably not. Could ignore as not required heading. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can ignore travel requirements if not fitting any heading. But we might include under Benefits? Not appropriate. Could include under "About the role"? Might be okay to mention travel requirement in About the role? But it's separate. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep travel requirement info somewhere. If we don't have a heading for it, we could embed it in a paragraph under Benefits or About the role? But that would be misrepresenting. Better to create a section "Travel" but not allowed headings. The allowed headings list is fixed; we cannot add other headings. So we must fit travel requirement into one of those headings. Which is most appropriate? Possibly "Benefits" includes travel? Not really. Could be "Schedule"? Travel requirement is not schedule. Could be "About the role" includes location and travel? Might be okay to mention travel requirement under About the role as part of role description. The About the role currently includes location and general description; we can add travel requirement there. That preserves info. Similarly, "About Oklo Inc." description of company could be omitted? It's substantive but not fitting headings. Could be placed under About the role? Might be okay as background. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could include company description under About the role as well. However, we must not invent headings. So we can put company description in About the role paragraph. Also "About Oklo travel requirements:" and "About Oklo compensation:" we already handled compensation in Pay, travel in About the role. Also "#CHOP: Oklo’s Values..." values could be omitted? It's substantive but not fitting headings. Could be included under Skills? Might be considered competencies? Could be part of Skills/Competencies. But we already have Competencies list. Values could be added as part of Skills? Might be okay to include under Skills as bullet list? But we must not invent headings. We could add a paragraph under Skills describing values. However, the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to add a paragraph under Skills about values. But we must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, recruitment fraud disclaimer, drug screening, etc. Those must be removed. Thus final HTML:

Who you are: A startup person: You aren't driven by titles or hierarchy, and prefer efficiency to excess process. You don't need or expect to have a lot of guidance but you enjoy working in a fast-paced team. If you prefer the culture and feel of a large organization, that is great, but you likely won’t enjoy working with us! There is plenty of important work and plenty of good opportunities with organizations like that. Motivated: You are self-motivated. You bring an enthusiasm to the team, and imbue a sense of passion that goes beyond clocking in and clocking out. This isn’t about a fake or arbitrary “pieces of flair” mentality or lack of work-life balance! It is about being a part of the vision and feeling a part of reaching team goals. A team-player: Oklo genuinely is a team. We aren’t about taking credit for ourselves, and we aren’t about pushing blame to others. We do incredible things because we work as a team. An excellent communicator: We need a person who is not only technically competent but also a clear and upbeat communicator. Creative: Being creative means that when things fall outside clear scopes or processes or problems arise without clear solutions, you are able to identify it as well as invent ways to solve a problem or fill a need without micromanagement. The successful person in this job will not only be creative, but also enjoy being creative and solving open-ended problems which may change day-by-day. Detail-oriented: This focus is a big part of excellence, consistency, and quality. Excellent grammar and spelling matter for both good communication as well as the image of the company that we put forward.
