Plant Manager Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Plant Manager and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational strategy, improving efficiency, and ensuring safety, quality, and production excellence across multiple functions. This position plays a key role in shaping manufacturing performance and aligning operations with customer and business goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead all manufacturing operations including production, engineering, inventory, and logistics
- Develop and execute operational strategies, budgets, and improvement plans
- Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and production performance
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to resolve operational challenges
- Oversee employee engagement, development, and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Promote continuous improvement across all operational areas
- Monitor KPIs and drive accountability for performance outcomes
- Support both domestic and international manufacturing operations (as needed)
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of leadership or management experience in manufacturing or operations
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience managing large-scale operational functions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and operational expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
