About the role
We are currently searching for a Plant Manager.
Pay
Salary range for this position is $130–140k plus bonus.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8+ years’ experience in food manufacturing plant
- 5+ years’ experience as a Production Manager, Plant Manager, or Operations Manager in a food production plant
- Experience in food dehydration preferred
- Flexible to work with all shifts as needed
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
