Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day plant operations with full responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.
• Own the facility's P&L, budgeting, production planning, quality systems, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives including 5S, process optimization, and operational standardization.
• Develop manufacturing strategies that improve throughput, consistency, and long-term operational performance.
• Build a culture centered around accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
• Coach and develop supervisors and department leaders while strengthening succession planning throughout the organization.
• Partner with executive leadership on automation initiatives and long-term capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with responsibility for plant operations.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, production, quality, maintenance, and workforce development.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success improving manufacturing performance through process improvements rather than simply maintaining existing operations.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust, mentor leaders, and positively influence plant culture.
• Strong communication skills and a visible leadership presence on the manufacturing floor.

Pay

$120,000 - $160,000 per year
