Pay
$150,000 - $180,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day recycling plant operations with a strong safety focus
- Drive production, quality, and on-time delivery performance
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and capital projects
- Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to improve operations
- Lead continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
- Develop production capacity and workforce planning
- Present operational performance to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Executive-level leadership experience
- Lean manufacturing expertise
- Strong financial planning and budgeting knowledge
- Experience integrating complex manufacturing processes
- Recycling or auto shredding operations experience is highly preferred
