About the role
Join us as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Eaton. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead complex electrical engineering projects and ensure the safety and reliability of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for new and existing facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience with electrical system design, installation, and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project.
- Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and practices.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience.
