About the role

Plant Manager – Reading, Pa The Plant Manager holds a critical leadership role in driving operational performance, efficiency, and strategic execution. As the head of the site, the role is focused on team management and systems development to enable a highly engaged, controlled and scalable manufacturing environment in compliance with industry-recognized quality systems. Employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to manufacturing departments.
• Foster a customer-centric manufacturing organization.
• Act as a change agent and thought leader, building a culture of safety, inclusion, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee hiring, training and development for all site manufacturing personnel.
• Provide managerial expertise and effective problem-solving techniques to resolve business and manufacturing issues.
• Set, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate cross functionally with customers and internal stakeholders to support the needs of customers and business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, or related experience.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing systems, with
