Plant Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage all manufacturing operations
- Oversee purchasing and procurement
- Conduct vendor negotiations
- Handle work order management
- Maintain inventory management
- Administer MRP/ERP systems
- Lead personnel management, including hiring and performance reviews
- Provide customer service and technical support
- Administer warranty processes
- Plan and manage budgets
- Ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with the sales team
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery manufacturing; Agricultural equipment manufacturing experience is preferred
- Vendor negotiation skills
- Procurement leadership experience is preferred
- Customer service and warranty experience is preferred
- Manufacturing engineering background is preferred
