Evaluation
- Evaluate current business systems, identify bottlenecks and assess opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and deploy a broad range of customer cost-saving initiatives through established processes; achieve budget and operating income goals.
Data Analysis
- Analyze data, metrics and performance indicators to make informed business decisions.
Process Transformation
- Lead process transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Work closely with department heads, project managers and frontline staff to drive process enhancements.
Supervision
- Provide direct supervisory control of operations team to ensure service level standards are met.
HR Development
- Lead HR development efforts through appropriate training, development and succession planning.
Risk Management
- Recognize and manage operational risks/security practices; implement best practices and provide a safe work environment.
- Support legal processes and enable legal dispute resolutions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (2 years work experience equals 1 year of education; experience used for education equivalency can’t be used for work experience qualification).
- Master’s in Operations Management, Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
- 8 years leadership/management experience including 4 years in operations with 2 years production supervision experience.

- Proficient in data analysis, process mapping and root cause analysis.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.

- Able to work extended hours, including evenings, nights and weekends.
