Plant Manager

About the role

Provide leadership and direction across all departments while promoting Alexandria Industries' values and servant leadership culture. Develop and execute strategic business objectives, operational plans, and departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support quality-focused manufacturing processes, including APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and DFM.
• Ensure departments are appropriately staffed and equipped to meet production and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and community partners.
• Support employee development through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of precision machining and manufacturing application experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing data systems.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.

Pay

$80,000 - $103,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
