Plant Maintenance Manager

About the Role

Freedom Generating Station (FGS), a $1 billion, 1,050MW, state-of-the-art 2x1x1 GE 7HA.02 combined cycle electric power generating facility in Luzerne County, PA, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join its team. This role reports directly to the Facility Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, direction, and leadership to the Maintenance staff, including Operations and Maintenance Technicians (OMTs) in Instrumentation, Controls, and Electrical (IC&E) and Mechanical disciplines.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Support environmental compliance.
• Ensure the Facility is operated and maintained safely, reliably, and economically in accordance with the site O&M Agreement, applicable contracts, permits, rules and regulations, and written direction from the Facility Owner.
