Role Overview
Beehive Industries is seeking a highly driven Plant Fulfillment Manager to own end to end execution of material flow and delivery performance at the site level. This role is responsible for ensuring the right material is available at the right time to support production, while driving on time delivery of engines to customers. This role partners closely with the Director of Manufacturing Operations and site leadership team to ensure alignment between production execution, material readiness, and delivery commitments.
What You'll Do...
- Own end to end fulfillment execution at the plant, ensuring material readiness and alignment to production schedules
- Drive on time start and on time delivery performance, proactively identifying and resolving risks to schedule adherence
- Own and execute Line of Balances to identify upcoming capacity constraints, working closely with the operations team to mitigate any gaps
- Act as the primary integration point across procurement, manufacturing, quality, and engineering to ensure uninterrupted production flow
- Partner with site leadership to translate the master production schedule into daily and weekly execution plans
- Monitor shop floor performance and rapidly respond to material shortages, constraints, and quality disruptions
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of inbound materials and outbound customer deliveries
- Partner with peer fulfillment leaders across sites to balance demand, share constraints, and support enterprise delivery commitments
- Drive visibility through operational dashboards including on time delivery, on time starts, and schedule attainment
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase flow, reduce delays, and improve predictability
- Support S&OP execution and build plan adjustments at the site level
- Ensure adherence to AS9100, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements within fulfillment and production processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Master’s preferred
- 8 plus years of experience in manufacturing, production control, or supply chain execution, preferably in aerospace or defense
- Proven experience operating in a plant environment with direct impact on production and delivery performance
- Solid understanding of aerospace quality systems including AS9100 and DoD requirements
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution, solve problems in real time, and operate under pressure
- Strong cross functional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issues security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
