Plant Controller - Great Opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant accounting and financial reporting activities
• Possess strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems
• Partner with operations to improve financial performance and support strategic decision-making
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory, and month-end close
• Ensure strong internal controls and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Mechanical engineering degree
• Manufacturing accounting experience, preferably in a Plant Assistant Controller or Controller capacity
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems
