About the role
The Plant Controller oversees the accounting and financial operations of the plant, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. They are also responsible for cost accounting, inventory accounting and controls, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting operational performance and achieving business objectives through partnerships with plant leadership.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with a large ERP system, such as SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, SUMIFS, and other financial analysis tools
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Skills
- ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, SUMIFS)
- Financial analysis tools
Pay
$100,000–$130,000 annually, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time, permanent position that is 100% onsite in Western Ohio.
