Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment within a cost accounting or controllership capacity
• 3+ years partnering with operational leadership and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence decisions through financial insights and business partnership
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
