Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial activities associated with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and approve journal entries, analyze and report the P&L, perform variance analysis & control using SAP and Power BI
- Determine, execute, and report counter action plans to improve financial performance
- Participate in daily/weekly SQDC meetings with the plant team and drive commitment and ownership culture
- Execute yearly budgeting and monthly forecasting activities of the plant
- Manage product costing process, cost center planning & reporting, internal orders, tariffs, routings, and product cost development in SAP
- Investment controlling, inventory management, headcount reporting, and ad-hoc analysis of the plant
- Create/use internal control systems to ensure compliance with company procedures
- Coordinate with other functions and plants in the region for project controlling and business case calculations
- Develop and maintain standard reporting packages and documentation
- Manage and report operations KPIs to management
- Provide regular information to business partners (reports, analyses, etc.)
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 7 years' relevant work experience, must have manufacturing or industrial environment finance experience, experience working within a fast-paced, matrix organizational structure
Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
- Competence in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- ERP system experience
Preferred
- Additional Education, Certifications, Skills and Experience: MBA, CPA, CMA Certification, SAP ERP system experience, Automotive industry experience - Onsite
