Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, highlighting key trends and potential risks.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and manage the plant's annual budget, including forecasting future financial performance.
• Collaborate with plant management to develop and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
• Provide financial guidance and support to plant management, including decision-making support for capital investments, pricing, and cost analysis.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or a professional certification such as CMA or CPA is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly advanced in Excel.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity.

Pay

$110,000 - $120,000 per year
