What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process.
- Lead the budgeting & forecasting process to drive financial success.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures aligned with US GAAP compliance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of up to 1 direct reports.
- Support inventory & cost analysis projects to optimize operations.
- Manage audit requests (interim + annual).
- Assist with ERP system improvements & implementations.
What You Bring To The Table
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus).
- Strong ERP system experience (large-scale preferred).
- A passion for numbers, strategy, and leading a high-performing team.
Compensation
$115,000 - $135,000 Base Salary + Bonus
