We’re now seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us in shaping the future of sustainable, inspiring workplace design. Your role as a Plant Care Specialist focuses on maintaining our plant installations in client premises primarily in Hoboken, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver high standards of plant maintenance and customer service, acting as a technical expert for clients and peers, and ensuring strong NPS performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stunning indoor and outdoor plant displays at multiple client sites daily.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, complete site reports, and maintain accurate records using company systems.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient route completion and service excellence.
• Share knowledge, solve problems, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Champion safety by following risk assessments, method statements, and maintaining our safety record.

Requirements

• Ability to travel around Hoboken, New Jersey, with good access to transport links and a vehicle.
• Full driving license.

Pay

Compensation Range: $48K - $52K

Schedule

Earlier starts, travel, and ownership of plant maintenance at several client sites on a roster.
