About the Role

This role involves shaping and implementing key council policies, contributing to future Cabinet decisions as outlined in the executive forward plan, and ensuring upcoming key decisions are effectively publicised.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine council policies and strategies.
• Contribute to the executive forward plan for future Cabinet decisions.
• Publicise upcoming key decisions set to be taken by the council.
• Support the implementation of the equality action plan and conduct equality and diversity impact assessments.
