About the Role
You will play an essential role in supporting both supply and demand forecasting teams for Le Creuset of America. You will manage and maintain data related to purchase orders and future sales forecasts. In addition, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing a variety of reports that inform decisions across the Supply Chain organization. Your work will directly contribute to decision-making that drives sales performance and inventory health.
Responsibilities
- Enter and track inbound purchase orders
- Create, confirm, and edit inbound purchase orders in our ERP system
- Review all inbound shipment notifications to help provide business stakeholders with the latest arrival information
- Proactively flag to supply planners about unforeseen delays in shipments and follow up with factories for solutions
- Analyze and summarize Demand Forecast data. Maintain data integrity
- Aid forecasting team in reviewing item level forecasts to identify trends, outliers and significant variances to previous versions
- Maintain data integrity of new item forecasts in ERP system
- Review of newly received forecasts for necessary data clean up and upload into ERP system & Power BI
- Update and maintain weekly and monthly reporting in Excel and Power BI
- Update recurring weekly and monthly inventory reports used for internal and external reporting
- Aid with Out-of-Stock reporting
- Perform data analysis related to inventory management between warehouse locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field: Supply Chain, Planning & Forecasting, Logistics
- Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required)
- Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter attitude with desire to ask questions and learn about the business
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to sit and work at computer for prolonged periods of time
