Responsibilities
- Receive and organize customer order forecasts
- Prepare and release weekly production plans
- Monitor production and shipping schedules to meet customer requirements
- Control inventory levels and reduce dead stock
- Analyze customer orders and identify capacity gaps
- Coordinate with Service Center and relevant departments on order changes
- Manage urgent, pull-forward, and non-forecast orders
- Monitor WOS, MPS, and related SAP transactions
- Analyze daily production output and report abnormalities
- Follow up on rework plans, premium freight documentation, and order fluctuation reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the same role
- Experience working with SAP (PP/MM) or other ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production and demand data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good command of English and French (written and spoken)
