About the role
Domain: The candidate should have good domain knowledge of Retail and also in-depth knowledge in any of the planning systems available in market as part of Merchandise and Allocation planning.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver projects: Define scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risks; manage multiple planning projects from start to finish.
- Track progress: Monitor milestones, dependencies, and critical path; proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
- Communicate with stakeholders: Serve as the main point of contact for business, tech, and vendor teams; provide clear updates to leadership and executives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Work with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, business analysts, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain documentation: Keep project plans, meeting notes, action logs, risk registers, RACIs, and status reports up to date.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in supply chain planning especially in Retail Domain, or enterprise IT with retail background.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional supply chain or technology projects; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams from operations to C-suite.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence).
Pay
Salary Range: $125,000 to $135,000 per annum
