About the role
As a Planning and Delivery Leader for Rolls-Royce, you'll play a crucial role in preparing, planning, issuing, and controlling production schedules, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring a controlled flow for approved materials to meet production needs.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling equipment and personnel
- Confirming material supply and demands
- Preparing work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirement
- Cooking interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc.
- Scheduling and expediting the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, and requests for shipping orders
Requirements
- Associate’s degree with 4+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing, or manufacturing, OR Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing, or manufacturing, OR Master's degree, OR JD/PhD, OR 6+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing, or manufacturing in lieu of a degree
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
Qualifications
- Systems, applications, and products (SAP) experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience collaborating with various departments
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$81,520 - $132,470 Annually
