Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains current project schedules, schedule status and schedule analysis with appropriate software.
  • Affords assistance in developing project work breakdown structure for projects to meet scheduling and cost tracking requirements.
  • Provides critical path analysis and creates 'what if' scenarios; evaluates impact of changes to critical path.
  • Affords assistance in identifying and ensuring adherence to required project resources (staff, materials, equipment, etc.).
  • Coordinates with IS on implementation, updating and enhancement to scheduling software tools.
  • Participates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis; leads project schedule status meetings.
  • Provides scheduling training, coaching and leadership to project staff, as needed.
  • Develops and analyzes project metrics; generates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management.
  • Recommends and develops scheduling process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Understanding of planning and scheduling concepts
  • Basic comprehension of nuclear power plant systems, components and interrelated activities
  • Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Good problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to adjust schedules based on changing priorities
  • Awareness of internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete work package inputs and definition

Pay

$80,168.40 - $95,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses.

Schedule

Up to 3 weeks of vacation, 8 sick days, and 13 paid holidays annually.
