Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains current project schedules, schedule status and schedule analysis with appropriate software.
- Affords assistance in developing project work breakdown structure for projects to meet scheduling and cost tracking requirements.
- Provides critical path analysis and creates 'what if' scenarios; evaluates impact of changes to critical path.
- Affords assistance in identifying and ensuring adherence to required project resources (staff, materials, equipment, etc.).
- Coordinates with IS on implementation, updating and enhancement to scheduling software tools.
- Participates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis; leads project schedule status meetings.
- Provides scheduling training, coaching and leadership to project staff, as needed.
- Develops and analyzes project metrics; generates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management.
- Recommends and develops scheduling process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Understanding of planning and scheduling concepts
- Basic comprehension of nuclear power plant systems, components and interrelated activities
- Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment
- Good problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to adjust schedules based on changing priorities
- Awareness of internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete work package inputs and definition

Pay
$80,168.40 - $95,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses.
Schedule
Up to 3 weeks of vacation, 8 sick days, and 13 paid holidays annually.
