Planner/Scheduler

About the role

AriensCo is excited to be hiring a Planner/Scheduler for our manufacturing facility in Brillion, WI. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by leveraging production, inventory, and demand data to make informed planning decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily production schedules for Manufacturing Plants in WI and in Tennessee
• Align daily production schedules with demand forecasts, material availability, manufacturing capacity, and operational priorities
• Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, and fabrication constraints to create achievable and efficient production plans
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to communicate schedule changes and mitigate production risks caused by material shortages or capacity limitations
• Partner closely with Purchasing to ensure critical components and purchased materials are available to support production schedules and customer commitments
• Identify and resolve material shortages, supply chain disruptions, and other constraints that could impact production performance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing planning accuracy, schedule stability, inventory management, and overall operational performance across manufacturing plants
• Develop and maintain planning & material reports, metrics, and analysis to support decision-making and performance improvement
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field with a minimum of 2 years' experience in planning, scheduling, materials management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelors' degree. Demonstrated high level of expertise using Excel, Databases, Queries, Reporting Tools, etc. required.
