About The Role As a Senior Planner, Outage and Maintenance you will implement maintenance plans to use plant resources (labor, materials, tools, and parts). The Planner assists in the continuous improvement of the Leading2Lean CMMS program. The planner helps produce reliable plant capacity, including the reduction in machine downtime and maintenance costs by providing accurate work plans ready for implementation. The planner assists the Maintenance department to build technical and system capability throughout the organization. You will report to the Manager of Outage and Maintenance and be located at Ogden, UT. You will support the role 100% onsite. Key Responsibilities Review, prioritize, schedule and close corrective work orders.Modify existing or develop new Preventative and Predictive Maintenance tasks.Review weekly backlog data for assigned area(s) of responsibility and conduct meetings to discuss.Meet with electrical, mechanical and production owners for jobs that must be planned.Input weekly, down day, and annual outage schedules into Microsoft programsUse planning tools to determine parts, materials, rental equipment and contractor support we need to perform jobs. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required2 years of maintenance craft, planning, or other applicable experience.Maintenance Craft Experience Expertise and proficiency with basic computer software and how to use maintenance software to input data and research parts, Procurement, Project Management.Understand electrical diagrams.Understand complex piping diagrams and mechanical drawings.Experience with maintenance practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 to $95,500 per year. Why Westinghouse?
