Planner - Material Resource Planning (MRP)

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the delivery of parts, materials, and components for production or other supply chain operations.
• Analyze order plans and verify the availability of stocks of materials, parts, and components through demand/capacity analyses.
• Arrange, schedule, and prioritize sequences, quantities, and target dates based on demand capacity checks (DCC).
• Determine daily work order sequences and level weekly sequence planning on a daily basis.
• Execute load balancing calculations and cooperate with master planning for optimized plans.
• Monitor deliveries as scheduled and propose measures in case of deviation.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with relevant hands-on experience.
• Solid skills in production planning and material requirements planning (MRP).
• Good understanding of demand and capacity analysis as well as scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in monitoring and coordinating deliveries.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
