Planner/Buyer - Cesco Solutions
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content: About Tidal Vision, About Cesco Solutions, About Our Unique Work Culture (these are about company). The job description includes Position Summary, Key Responsibilities (with subheadings), Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Licensing & Special Requirements, Working Conditions. Also Salary range and Benefits given.
We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate (EEO etc). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe combine Position Summary and company description?). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Requirements (Basic Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe from qualifications? Could combine). Benefits (given). Pay (salary range). Schedule (full time, non-exempt). Also maybe Working Conditions? Not a standard heading but could be included under About the role? The instruction: Use headings only from list; we can omit sections if no real content. We could include Working Conditions as part of About the role? But better to include as a separate section? Not in list; we should not create new headings. So we must fold Working Conditions into existing sections, maybe About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role can include a brief description of work environment.
We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. It does state salary range and benefits and status full time. So we include those sections.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Salary range is specific: $35-38 hourly dependent upon interview outcomes and experience. That's specific enough; we can include.
Benefits: list given.
Schedule: Full time, non-exempt.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings and appropriate - for lists,
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive info: company description (About Tidal Vision, About Cesco Solutions, About Our Unique Work Culture). Position Summary. Responsibilities broken into subcategories: Production Planning & Scheduling, Purchasing & Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics & Transportation, Analysis & Reporting. Each has bullet points. We need to represent them as lists under Responsibilities heading. Could either have subheadings inside Responsibilities? Not allowed to create new headings beyond the list? The instruction only says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid using other headings like inside? It says use for section headings (list). Likely they expect only those headings as top-level sections; inside we can use - and
. We could embed the responsibility subcategories as or just as part of list items. Probably better to keep them as part of list items with description.
We need to preserve all details: each bullet under each subcategory. We'll create a with - items that include the subcategory heading maybe as bold text.
Similarly for Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications: we can list each bullet.
Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple priorities; strong negotiation and supplier management skills; detail-oriented; understanding of MRP/ERP; NetSuite preferred; knowledge of international shipping regulations; etc. Could create a Skills section.
But we must not create sections without real content. We have skills content, so we can include Skills.
Now we need to avoid boilerplate: remove EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines (like "Understanding of MRP and ERP systems." appears twice? Actually Basic Qualifications includes "Experience working with ERP/MRP systems." and "Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems." and "NetSuite preferred." We'll keep but maybe deduplicate similar.
We'll produce HTML:

Then Skills (maybe we can combine some from qualifications but we already have skills in Requirements; but we can still have a Skills section highlighting specific skills: analytical, problem-solving, organizational, Excel proficiency, communication, negotiation, detail-oriented. However to avoid duplication, we could omit Skills section and let Requirements cover skills. But instruction says we can include Skills if we have real content. We have skill details already in Requirements; but we could still create a Skills section that lists them without duplication? Might be considered duplication. Safer to omit Skills section and let Requirements cover skills. However we need to follow "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones."
