About the role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Planner for our Planning and Community Development team. If you are a motivated, detail-oriented professional who loves working with a dynamic team, this could be a perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities

• Receive and review zoning, subdivision, and master planning applications for compliance with appropriate regulations and policies
• Research, analyze, and interpret social, economic, population, transportation, and land use trends and prepare written reports on various planning matters
• Research, verify, update and draft legislative documents for review
• Investigate planning-related complaints and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct field inspections to verify compliance with approved permits and licenses
