Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the production planning.
  • Create and send production related reports to customers in different frequencies, such as FG Input/Output, ramp capacity plan, etc.
  • Based on the latest Material Requirements Planning (MPS)/Aggregate Plan Review (APR), develop an appropriate build plan, including MPN, quantity, priority, etc.
  • Handle production abnormalities, such as material shortages, business impacts due to quality holds, line downtime issues, etc.
  • Follow up on production status and ensure timely packouts to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Remind the release of purchase orders based on the build plan or shipping plan.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer-specific requests.
  • Host internal and external meetings.
  • Education and work experience

    • Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    • Prior experience in production planning or Production Management (PMC) in manufacturing industries is preferred.
