Planner - $23 - $27 Per Hour

Responsibilities

• Sales order management
• Forecast management
• Customer interface
• Work order maintenance
• Planning, Scheduling, and coordinating production
• Using MRP to meet customer demand
• Updating planning parameters in response to demand changes
• Reviewing and updating capacity utilization
• Adapting schedules and issuing work orders for order changes, cancellations, and revised forecasts
• Determining revised plans in case of schedule failures
• Notifying customer service of shipping schedule failures
• Researching late parts and identifying bottlenecks
• Working with engineering and customer service to implement changes
• Monitoring bill of material problems
• Collaborating with Master Scheduling to maintain and execute master plans
• Expediting late deliveries from outside vendors, sub-contractors, etc.
• Analyzing production data to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs
