Responsibilities
- Handle motion practice, court appearances, and overall case strategy
- Manage a busy caseload and work closely with support staff
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (medical malpractice is a strong plus)
- Active New York bar admission required; New Jersey admission is a bonus
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Pay
$150,000 – $250,000 per year
