Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, wrongful death, construction, worker's compensation and medical malpractice.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings.
- Develop case strategies and provide practical, solution-oriented advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable results.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines.
- Commitment to client service, professionalism, and teamwork.
